Here at Digicommerce, the software we use for our remote support is AnyDesk. Remote support is the best and most effective way to have your technical problems solved. It allows one of our employees to have access to your screen and can control your mouse and act as if they’re in the room on your computer.
How Much Does Remote Support Cost
DigiCommerce is a Microsoft Certified Partner offering remote IT support in addition to other services tailored to small and medium-size businesses. Our engineers work closely with our clients to create secure systems that are compliant with Data Protection regulations and that are protected in accordance with PCI DSS compliance. Core support is offered during office hours with an emergency out of hours system for those out of hours emergencies. To make things easy all clients will be given access to a client dashboard where they can submit support tickets and keep track of payments. Site visits available and all service agreements are based on a rolling 1-month contract.

How Do We Set It Up
If you scroll down to the bottom of the website in the footer there is a section for remote support. You have to click this link at the bottom and download AnyDesk. Once this is installed you need to contact one of our advisors and tell them what your unique ID is and then they can access your system when you need them to.
When is it Available
We have a 24/7 contact number which is used only for emergencies or something that can only be fixed out of hours. However, for most situations, it is available 9-5 Monday – Friday. Most issues occur within office hours when it is something that needs to be fixed with a computer as it is when most issues occur.
