Remote IT Support
DigiCommerce is a Microsoft Certified Partner offering remote IT support in addition to other services tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. Our engineers work closely with our clients to create secure systems that are compliant with Data Protection regulations and that are protected in accordance with PCI DSS compliance. Core support is offered during office hours with an emergency out of hours system for those out of hours emergencies. To make things easy all clients will be given access to a client dashboard where they can submit support tickets and keep track of payments. Site visits available and all service agreements are based on a rolling 1-month contract.
Remote support is the best and most effective way to have your technical problems solved quickly. Supremo is a remote desktop software, it allows one of our employees to access your computer and control your mouse as if they’re in the room with you. You will be able to see everything that we are doing as we try to resolve the issue. Please make sure that you close/hide any personal or confidential information you do not want us to see.
How Do We Set It Up?
If you scroll down to the bottom of the website in the footer there is a section for remote support. You have to click this link at the bottom and download Supremo. Once this is installed you need to contact one of our advisors and tell them what your unique ID is and then they can access your system when you need them to.
We have a 24/7 contact number which is used only for emergencies or something that can only be fixed out of hours. However, for most situations, it is available 9-5 Monday – Friday. Most issues occur within office hours when it is something that needs to be fixed with a computer as it is when most issues occur.
